This place started out great, and quickly went down hill and fast. The few times I've gone here for breakfast and they're either out of just about everything on the menu or some equipment is broken, which is amazing considering they've been open for a little over a year? One visit I will never forget, took the family and we were in the dining room to eat, and my order was called out "bacon egg and cheese bagel and whatever else" as the girl walked away laughing, and you have to stand there awkwardly and wait to ask for ketchup. Depends on who's working, I guess, but most of the time some of the breads come out burned, when they have them of course. Needless to say, it's been about 4 months since my last visit to this location, and I don't plan on changing that.

Extremely angry. Took 3 days to get through. Phone had message saying enter access code. Finally got through placed an order for granddaughter to take to school for her birthday treat. Gave a time for pick up. They said it would be ready. Got there at pickup time. They'd sold our order to someone else. Total incompetence.

This location is understocked and understaffed. A couple employees are rude but most are nice. They are frugal on the frosting and short on everything. Why can't they have all the basic donuts stocked and ready to go? What's worse is that if you request something they are out of, you get a "no" as an answer. Don't come here. The one on Scalp is so much better.
